If the surroundings can’t handle the heat, the quartz envelope and nearby parts will run hotter than they should.
Material & Design: Halogen Quartz and R7s Connector
The core is a halogen-filled quartz tube. Quartz handles the shock of rapid heat-up without cracking, and it shrugs off chemical attacks that would eat regular glass. The halogen gas keeps the filament stable and fights off blackening over time, so the output stays consistent. And the R7s base? It’s industrial-grade, direct, no-fuss. You wire it up, line up the pins, and it drops right in. No adapters. No fiddling. The coating is protective and reflective, helping to push heat forward and keep hot spots from forming on the tube.
