It’s compact, it’s powerful, and it uses a shortwave halogen lamp to focus the heat exactly where you need it.</p> <h2 id="the-tech-without-the-fluff">The Tech, Without the Fluff</h2> <p>Here&rsquo;s the heart of it: this thing runs on 400V and pulls 2500W through a 300mm quartz tube. That power is intentional. It means the heat comes on fast and stays concentrated. And the 400V setup is smart—it keeps the current lower than a standard 230V unit would, which makes the wiring simpler and prevents the voltage from dropping off over longer runs.</p>
