Our halogen infrared heaters pack predictable heat into a small footprint. Most run at 400V and draw 2500W, in a 300mm tube. That combo gives you serious heat without needing a bulky heater body. And the 400V rating? It drops the current for that wattage, so your conductors stay reasonable and your connections don’t feel maxed out inside an industrial panel. The 300mm length isn’t random, either. It lines up with standard annealing zones, so you can lay out multiple heaters evenly and avoid hot spots and cold spots. Here’s the catch: high wattage in a short tube means high heat density. That’s powerful—but your machine’s cooling and clearance need to be up to the job, or the local heat and radiant load will push things out of balance.
What’s inside: halogen, quartz, and the R7s connection
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it handles rapid temperature swings and keeps resistance stable over time. The halogen cycle helps keep the filament clean, so output stays consistent even over long runs. And the R7s connector isn’t an afterthought. It’s a direct, solid termination that survives vibration and constant heating and cooling cycles. It also makes the heater a straight swap—no custom brackets, no wrestling with delicate terminals.
